The 2024 National Pastors Conference was held at Tambul Bible School, attracting over 700 pastors from the 24 districts of the PNG Bible Church nationwide. After dedicating their lives to preaching and leading their congregations, pastors need time for spiritual replenishment to continue their calling. The conference is the only in-service opportunity for pastors, and this year was no exception.

The 2024 conference was distinguished by the palpable presence of God in every session, empowering pastors to preach the gospel with care and sincerity. The main speaker, Rev. Moresby Tunge, who is also the Deputy Chairman of the National Church, delivered a series of powerful messages that transformed and instilled confidence in pastors, enabling them to perform their duties without fear or favor.

Other leaders, scheduled to speak in their respective class sessions, were also used by God to share profound insights that abundantly enriched the pastors, helping them focus and stay true to their calling.

Being called to preach is a high calling, but it comes with great responsibility and commitment. In every session, the altar was filled with pastors seeking God's help and direction.

During the opening session, Rev. Wane Ninjipa, the National Chairman of the PNG Bible Church, emphasized the importance of God's calling and challenged pastors to stand tall and fulfill their spiritual duties with integrity and a good reputation.

"The calling of God is a mandate to reach out and touch lives, and you must do what God has entrusted you to do faithfully. Never give up because you were called to do this job," Rev. Wane reiterated.

Towards the end of the conference, 13 pastors received ordination after meeting all the requirements stipulated in the church constitution.
